Miguel Hernández University (UMH) of Elche, through the Vice-Rectorate for Students and Coordination, actively promotes science communication as an essential tool for bringing the knowledge generated on its campuses closer to society.

In this context, a recognition system has been established for outreach activities carried out through UMH’s institutional channels and platforms, such as UMH Sapiens Magazine, UMH Radio, the Audiovisual Unit, events like FecitElx or the European Researchers’ Night, as well as initiatives under the Eureka brand, among others.

This recognition is intended for activities whose target audience is the general public, excluding actions aimed exclusively at educational or specialized environments. The accreditation request must be submitted through the corresponding form, and will be evaluated by a Committee appointed by the Vice-Rectorate.
